David has a broad experience in various industries such as hospitality, technology, and environmental biotechnology, prior to settling on curating beauty products by starting-up the distribution company Integral Sense Brands. A playground where natural beauty products come alive.
David and the team at ISB, aim to bring together the finest in personal care from around the world, to all Canadians. With a sharp eye for quality, a focus on providing value, and an appreciation for life's little pleasures.
Hailing from Colombo, the Capital of Sri Lanka, Roshme has called Beautiful British Columbia her home for almost 20 years. Roshme started her career as an Office Queen with UPS where she eventually owned her own UPS store where she perfected the craft of Office Management.
In her spare time, Roshme has worked for the Muslim Food Bank for over 6 years-- giving back to the community and helping those in need.
National Sales Manager
As a world traveler and a self proclaimed product junkie Kathy started her career in the beauty industry in 2003 on board cruise ships as a spa manager. After 10 years at sea and traveling around the world twice over, Kathy decided it was time to come back home to beautiful Vancouver.
With her love of all beauty products and passion for education she joined the ISB team in 2014 as a product demo representative and then later became the national sales manager and in house brand educator. Kathy is also a qualified beauty therapist and a graduate of Blanche MacDonald School of aesthetics.
On top of being the head of a household of 10, Bobby brings forth over 30 years of management experience to Integral Sense Brands. Bobby is responsible for delegating responsibilities and organizing the mothership that is the ISB warehouse.
Customer Support Manager
Often the early bird, Reggie comes to work ready to catch the proverbial 'worm'. Bright and early, he manages all things to do with the online retail business. In addition to customer care, Reggie processes all incoming orders. From the time an order is placed online to the time it successfully arrives at the customer's front door. This 'hair style' enthusiast has a personal understanding of all the company's hair styling products in particular.
Our In-House “Cake Boss” Azra, is Bobby’s right hand woman, supporting and taking care of outgoing wholesale shipments.
Her passion for orderliness and attention to detail makes life in the warehouse “A Piece of Cake” for a lady whose hobby is baking and creating delicious masterpieces.
Educator & Brand Ambassador
Lynne is an award winning hair and makeup artist with over 20 years experience behind the chair and an early focus on education, specifically working with natural products.
Between being a salon owner and full-time stylist, Lynne moonlighted as an image consultant and collaborator working directly with photographers and a specialized team of style professionals, creating images for Musicians, Models, Actors and Creative Entrepreneurs and specializing in bridals and weddings. Lynne is a lifelong advocate of Mental Wellness and sat on the Board of Directors for the EFry Society from 2012-2014.
Lynne is a lover of beauty, dancing, a great read, cooking, travel and fine wine.

Our tagline ‘Uncover. Discover. Believer.’ represents to us the cycle we experience before we know we have found exquisite elements in the beauty brands we decide to represent. The initial phase in the cycle is to uncover a new brand. We are either directly presented with a new brand, or we find it in a trade show, see it online or hear about it from customers. The next phase, regardless of the way we find and uncover a new brand, is the discover phase. This is an exciting journey that opens a brand to our senses. We aim to experience a brand and its products by a sensory discovery; one of smell, touch, and sight. In addition, our review process covers a host of due diligence questions that allow us to combine the sensory experience together with the factual and analytical information to produce a sum total. With thousands of lovely beauty brands available, to be discerning yet open to what each brand experience brings is a challenging task that we take seriously, yet few brands meet the standard we have set for ourselves and our customer. Every so often, a brand sweeps us away thanks to unique exotic natural ingredients, a level of efficacy that is remarkable and truly significant, innovations that make it stand out and provide the customer a unique and exciting experience, as well as, ensuring the highest level of quality and care in production. Like a symphony orchestra, all the instrumental pieces fit together and it is then that we become a believer.
Our logo represents the symbolism of the chambered nautilus, one of the oldest creatures known to survive in the earth's oceans. It is a symbol of nature's grace in growth, expansion, and renewal. It is also a symbol of order amidst chaos as reflected in its spiral precision. As the nautilus grows, it does so in direct proportion to its needs and with geometric precision. Its shell is a perfect representation of its past and its potential to grow in perfect balance and harmony into its present and future needs. Just like human beings, the potential for growth and renewal is always naturally present.
